Refund policy

Due to the individual and made-to-order nature of each garment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item (e.g. wrong size shipped or damaged upon arrival), please contact us at mier.notes@gmail.com . We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the above case:

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags, boxes, and dust bags must be included.

We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.
